The Pos-T-Vac Loading Cone Twist is designed to assist placing the Mach and Ultimate Round Tension Rings on the end of the twist cylinder to make your experience that much easier. All you have to do is twist the loading cone onto the cylinder, and then generously apply lube onto the cone (which you can also purchase here). Once you have done that, slip the tension ring onto the cone. The lube with allow you to easily slide the tension ring down until reaches the correct placement of the penile tube. Since the cone has a wide base at the bottom there is no need to physically stretch the rings yourself. Twist the cone off and carry through the process as normal, gently slipping the tension ring onto base of your penis.
